North Tahoe Adventures
We have two spectacular locations to serve you, with a third on the way this Summer in Tahoe Vista. Our original location, at Squaw Valley, includes a Ropes Course, Skyjump Bungee Trampoline, Climbing Wall, and Mini Golf Course.
Our second location is the Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park at Granlibakken Resort in Tahoe City near Lake Tahoe’s North West Shore. We have 65 tree platforms connected by a variety of bridges and/or zip lines. We use the term “bridges” loosely. Please browse the Photo/Video folder to see pictures and examples of what we label “bridges”. Some are easy, others are very difficult, most of them are wobbly, all of them are fun and exhilarating. After 2.5 hours of action, participants return tired, hungry, perhaps dusty and sweaty, and grinning from ear to ear. It is not a “ride”; you will be interacting and participating for 2+ hours.
It is suitable for ages 5+ and there are beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses. It is the first of its kind in California and we are open year-round.
Latest News & Tips:
1. We are excited to kick off Summer 2016 Saturday May 28th, Memorial Day Weekend. We will be open daily through Labor Day. Reservations are required during the Summer months at our Adventure Park and Ropes Course, when our sessions typically sell out several days in advance. After making a reservation, any change requests or cancellation requests must be made in writing (email) and sent to Reservations@NorthTahoeAdventures.com. A phone call or message will not count as an official request to change or cancel. If you need to cancel a reservation or individuals within a reservation, it must be done more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session in order to receive a refund, credit, or to reschedule. If you need to change a reservation, let us know asap. Changes are made based on availability, regardless of how far in advance you contact us. (This applies to changing the day, time, adding people, or changing courses – Monkey to Flying Squirrel or the opposite, or location)
2. Road construction projects in the Tahoe area are at a fever pitch to make progress now that the weather is dry. As such, expect delays while driving to our location (add a minimum of half an hour to GPS or Google estimates). After making your reservation please go to this CalTrans website and allow extra time to drive to our locations. www.TahoeRoads.com
