Visit one of our parks
North Tahoe Adventures
We now have two spectacular locations to serve you. Our original location, at Squaw Valley includes a Ropes Course, Skyjump Bungee Trampoline, Climbing Wall, and Mini Golf course.
Our new location is the Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park at Granlibakken Resort near Lake Tahoe’s North Shore. We have 65 tree platforms connected by a variety of bridges and/or zip lines. We use the term “bridges” loosely. Please browse the Photo/Video folder to see pictures and examples of what we label “bridges”. Some are easy, others are very difficult, most of them are wobbly. After 2.5 hours of action, participants return tired, hungry, perhaps dusty and sweaty, and grinning from ear to ear. It is not a “ride”, you will be interacting and participating for 2+ hours.
It is suitable for ages 5+ and there are beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses. It is the first of its kind in California and we are open year-round.
Latest News & Tips:
1. We remain busy, however, with kids returning to school there are some openings day before and it may be possible to walk up and get a spot. Still best to make a reservation ahead of time. Any change requests or cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to Jesse@NorthTahoeAdventures.com. A phone call or message will not count as an official request to change or cancel. If you need to cancel a reservation it must be done more than 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount. If you need to change a reservation, let us know asap. We may not be able to change your reservation if there is no room, regardless of how far in advance you contact us. (this applies to changing the day, time, adding people, or changing courses – Monkey to Flying Squirrel or the opposite)
2. It is road construction season in Tahoe with 8 different projects. After making your reservation please go to this CalTrans website and allow extra time to drive to our locations. www.TahoeRoads.com
3. Phone Support – We have a full-time reservationist in our office answering the phone, all day, every day. We answer questions, make reservations, and return messages. It may seem nobody is answering the phone and there is no phone support. Actually, we are always on the phone and many calls go to a voicemail. If you leave a message we will return your call as soon as possible.
Knowing this, we update and improve the website constantly to provide thorough and consistent information. We greatly appreciate the people that perform the due diligence to learn about what they are signing up for, and to understand the policies we follow. This makes for clear expectations on all sides.
4. Thunderstorms! The forecast is not showing any thunderstorms through the rest of August, however, it is still a good idea to check the weather before reserving and make sure you understand and accept our Weather Policy. If you do not, please don’t reserve on one of these days. Or please cancel your reservation if you don’t want to take the chance of having to stop temporarily due to lightning. Our cancellation policy, refund policy and weather policy can be found in the Contact Menu – FAQ section of this website. READ THEM CAREFULLY as we will follow these policies. Thanks for understanding.
